Disappointed

I purchased this pump from Amazon.ca (Canada) 2 years ago when my daughter was born to replace my Medela. Over all the pump works fine for a double pump. I don't love that its no portable but I've made due. My real disappointment is the fact that they do not offer replacement parts to Canadian customers! I recently had a baby, and the valve was damaged on one side, leaving this pump completely useless. I have a toddler as well, and pumping one side at a time defeats the purpose of having a double pump. I can't find replacement parts anywhere that will ship to Canada, and I've wasted money trying other brand parts to try and fix this problem myself. Customer service has been useless. They won't ship to Canada and have not been returning my emails or answer the phone. So now, I have to spend more money to replace my pump and the company is doing nothing to aid me in finding a solution. DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE FROM CANADA!
