Our Products are new in the original package and are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. Your full manufacturer warranty is included with each product. Warranties from the manufacturer usually cover our pumps for repair or replacement for 1 years and our parts and accessories are covered for 60 days.

BELLEMA OFFERS A NO-HASSLE RETURN POLICY TO MAINTAIN YOUR SATISFACTION WITH EVERY PURCHASE.

• Replacements: If the pump falls under the warranty timeframe and guidelines and you are the original owner please see the Warranty page for more information on what to submit and how the process works.
• Returns: Returning an item unopened is not a problem. There is no restocking fee for unopened packages returned to BelleMa for store credit or exchange for another product of equal or greater value within 15 days of shipment. If you prefer a refund to your payment account it will take 2 weeks to process minus shipping costs. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by our warehouse. If a return is received back after the 4 day window we will not be able to honor the return.

Our warranty time frame policy is as follows. Our pumps (Motors only) has a 1-year warranty. Our parts have a 60-day policy from the date of purchase. This is based on the date of First User’s purchase of this product.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Returns/refunds can only be done if purchased from us at bellemausa.com within 15 days of receiving the item with proof of purchase and unopened.

Items must be in the original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the warranty cards. The manufacturer’s labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton.

Once we receive your return in the proper condition, we will then provide store credit or refund to your payment account usually within 2-4 weeks. Returns can not be accepted without a return form. Shipping, handling fees, discounted products and special order items if applicable, are not refundable.

Any remanufactured or refurbished sales are not covered by the manufacturers warranty and must be handled with the seller. We also can only warranty authorized sellers and refunds are only from bellemausa.com. We cannot accept any returns for any issues with remanufactured or refurbished units.
